Instructions

  1. Cook the tagliatelle in salted water.
  2. Fry the onion and garlic cloves in oil. Add the mushrooms and fry for a few minutes. Add the cream and milk and bring to the boil briefly. Stir in the wild garlic and parmesan. Switch off the stove. Take the pot off the stove. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  3. Stir the tagliatelle into the sauce. Let it steep briefly and serve.
