Peel the onion and chop finely. Wash the chives and cut into rolls. Boil the eggs hard for about 8 minutes.
Cook the pasta as usual. Cook the peas 2-3 minutes before the end.
Heat the butter in a pan, fry the onions and ham in it, season well with pepper.
Quench and peel eggs. Turn in the chives rolls and cut in half.
Drain the pasta and peas, put them back in the saucepan, add the butter mixture and mix everything well. Season to taste and serve the pasta with the eggs. Scatter the rest of the chives on top.
