Cut the broccoli into florets and cook until al dente, strain.
Roast the onion and chopped garlic in a saucepan and pour the cream on top. Add salt, pepper, paprika and tomato paste. Cut the salmon into small pieces, add the herb cheese and cut mozzarella to the sauce and stretch it with a little milk. Bring to the boil and let it steep briefly.
Add the broccoli, mix, season to taste and serve with the pasta.
