Cook the tagliatelle in salted water until al dente and set aside!
For the sauce:
Sauté the shrimp, peeled, with the chopped garlic and the finely chopped peas in a pan, free of fat. Add the halved tomatoes and deglaze with the cream, simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Now season to taste with the spices, if necessary refine it with a little broth or a dash of white wine!
Just before serving, add the noodles to the pan and stir. Season everything again!
Now serve the tagliatelle nicely garnished with parmesan to the guests!
