Instructions

  1. Roast the finely chopped onion in a high-rim pan, add the minced meat and roast well. Mix with tomato paste, garlic and oregano. The uncooked !! Add the ribbon noodles and pour about 1/4 l of water and the cream on top. Close with the lid (steam opening closed), reduce the heat to 1-2 and cook for 20 minutes.
  2. Just before serving, sprinkle the cheese on top and let it melt with the lid closed.
