Instructions

  1. Cut the mushrooms into slices, chop the onions and fry both in oil. Salt and pepper a little, set aside. Put the noodles on top with salted water and cook until al dente.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into strips and fry in hot oil. Salt and plenty of pepper. When the meat takes on color, add the chopped garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Now add the onions and mushrooms to the meat, deglaze with the stock and add the processed cheese.
  3. When the cheese has dissolved, add the cream and about 2 pinches of paprika powder. Let everything simmer for about 3 minutes over low heat. If you like the sauce thicker, you can add some sauce thickener. Now put the freshly chopped parsley on top and serve on top of the firm pasta.
  4. Rice, mashed potatoes, baguettes, etc. also fit as side dishes.
  5. Tip: You can use any type of meat, even minced meat. But even without meat it makes a fantastic creamy mushroom sauce (then use double the amount of mushrooms).
