- Divide the broccoli into florets, cut the stems into slices.
- Bring 1 liter of salted water to the boil, cook the broccoli for 7-10 minutes, drain and rinse immediately with cold water.
- Clean, wash and dice a bunch of spring onions.
- Heat margarine and sauté onions until translucent. Sprinkle the flour on top, stir. Stir in the cream and broccoli broth.
- Dice the ham and add to the sauce with the broccoli. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
- Cook the tagliatelle in 1 1/2 l salted water according to the package instructions, drain and add to the sauce.
