Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breast fillet dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Heat the olive oil with 1 teaspoon of curry paste in a coated pan. Fry the chicken breast fillet on all sides.
  2. Meanwhile cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  3. Wash the zucchini and tomatoes. Peel the carrots. Cut the zucchini, tomatoes and carrots into pieces or strips, depending on your taste. Avoid the inside of the zucchini.
  4. Put the fried chicken aside on a plate and collect the juices if possible. Steam the vegetables in the gravy, add curry paste and, if necessary, a little olive oil. Then add water and vegetable stock powder and let everything simmer until the vegetables are softer / pleasant to eat. Now stir in the cream cheese and tomato paste and season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  5. Drain the pasta and stir into the sauce with the chicken.
