Instructions

  1. Cook the ribbon noodles in salted water until they are al dente. In the meantime, scald the tomatoes and peel off the skin, cut into small cubes. Peel and squeeze the garlic clove, cut the basil into small pieces.
  2. Mix tomatoes, garlic, basil and season with salt, pepper and chilli to taste. Pour the sauce over the warm pasta and enjoy.
