Dice the cucumber, except for a piece of approx. 10 cm. Chop the garlic into small pieces. Finely puree the cream, cucumber cubes and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the sauce while stirring.
Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the packet. Finely dice the remaining cucumber piece. Finely chop the dill except for something to garnish. Heat the butter and fry the salmon fillets in it, turning, for about three to four minutes. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice.
Arrange the pasta with the sauce and salmon on plates. Sprinkle with the cucumber cubes.
