Cook the beans in salted water until cooked. Dice the sheep cheese. Cut the bacon into strips and fry them in a pan until crispy.
Boil the tagliatelle in salted water until firm to the bite, drain and add to the bacon in the pan, then toss the drained beans in it and finally add the sheep`s cheese. Pepper to taste and briefly heat everything together again until the sheep cheese is slightly melted.
