Cook the ribbon noodles al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
Melt the butter in a pan, sauté the chopped garlic, brown the chopped mushrooms and fry the sausage meat. Finally add the finely chopped spring onions and sauté briefly. Pour on the cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon.
Mix in the cooked ribbon noodles, sprinkle with parmesan and serve immediately.
