Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Wash the herbs, spin dry and chop them into small pieces or, if it has to be faster: just take frozen herbs.
Wash the lemon with hot water, rub the peel and squeeze out the juice. Melt the butter in a large pan. Add the herbs, cream and lemon juice and simmer for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the lemon zest.
Cut the smoked salmon into strips and arrange on a platter. Add the noodles to the sauce in the pan and mix well. Serve immediately. Everyone can add the salmon strips to their own taste.
