Put the ribbon noodles or noodles of your choice into the boiling salted water. Dice the onion, garlic and mushrooms and finely chop the parsley. Stew the onions and garlic in oil or butter in a pan until the onions are translucent. Add the mushrooms and fry them as well, season everything with salt and pepper. First deglaze with the whipped cream, add 1 teaspoon stock and parsley. Drain the pasta a minute earlier than indicated on the package, add to the sauce and mix both together. Finally, season everything again with salt and pepper, possibly add a little parsley and simmer for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Then place on a plate and sprinkle parmesan and possibly a little parsley on top.
