Instructions

  1. First the leek is washed and then cut into rings. Depending on the thickness of the leek stick, these can be halved again if desired. The leek is then fried in a little oil, then the cooked ham cut into cubes is added. This is topped up with the vegetable broth, the processed cheese and the Cremefine are also added. Let everything simmer a little.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Since there are already a lot of salty parts in the sauce, try it first and only add salt if necessary. The sauce is then served on top of the ribbon noodles.
