Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water to taste and then drain.
  2. Meanwhile, briefly boil the tomatoes in hot water, then peel off the skin, core and cut into cubes. Briefly sauté the pea pods with the sugar, add the diced tomatoes and cook for another minute or two. Season to taste with salt.
  3. Toss the pasta with a little butter, add the vegetables and mix.
