Instructions

  1. Heat the tomatoes. Stir in the crème fraîche and parmesan and bring the sauce to the boil. Season to taste with salt, pepper, oregano and basil.
  2. Cook the tagliatelle al dente, drain, place in a bowl and pour the sauce over the hot noodles. Sprinkle with fresh, finely chopped basil and serve.
