Instructions

  1. Wash the asparagus, cut off the ends. Cut the asparagus diagonally into pieces and pre-cook in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes, then drain.
  2. Wash the prawns and pat dry.
  3. Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  4. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a deep pan, fry the asparagus in it for 2-3 minutes and mix in the wild garlic pesto.
  5. Put the prawns in another pan with hot oil and stir-fry for about 3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  6. Put the drained ribbon noodles in the pan with the asparagus and mix everything well.
  7. Divide the pasta on plates and serve with the prawns.
