Mix the olive oil, vinegar, grated garlic, lemon juice, cumin and the tahini (sesame) in a bowl. Take 3 tablespoon of the beans and mash them with a fork. Then add them to the mass.
Peel the onion and cut into thin rings, then cut them in half.
Spread the remaining beans on a serving plate, spread the onions on top, and then pour the sesame dressing over them. Serve with a little olive oil and parsley.
I added the pepper pieces as an egg alternative to my taste.
