Cut the potatoes into small cubes, just like the turkey meat. Chop the parsley and dice an onion. Lightly fry the diced potatoes in a pan with plenty of oil, heat a little oil in the saucepan and fry the onion. Then add the meat, season properly with salt, pepper, red paprika and turmeric and fry. As soon as the turkey meat is well done, add the washed parsley and cook with it. As soon as the potato cubes are soft, put them in a colander and drain. Season with salt.
Now grease a baking dish and fill in all the ingredients.
Add eggs, baking powder and grated cheese and mix everything together well. Bake in the oven at 175 degrees top and bottom heat for about 30 minutes until golden-brown. After taking it out, let it cool down and then turn it over. Cut into desired pieces and serve.
