Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into strips and sauté. Add garlic, frozen peppers (won`t overcook so quickly), 1 stock cube and tandoori spice, remove from the heat and let cool down.
  2. Cut the meat into strips and fry all over. Mix the vegetables, including the stock, with the sour cream, yoghurt and coconut milk. Add the fried meat. Season to taste with lemon juice and perhaps another stock cube. Put everything in a casserole dish and let it steep overnight, but at least 3-4 hours. Then put in the oven and bake in the oven at 180 ° C for about 30-40 minutes. Cover open baking dishes with aluminum foil.
  3. Serve with basmati or fragrant rice.
