Instructions

  1. Mix the spices in a large bowl and add the chicken / turkey meat cut into 2 cm strips to the marinade. It is best to let it steep overnight, but at least 3 hours. Stir occasionally.
  2. Then drain the meat thoroughly and collect the marinade.
  3. Now skewer on skewers in waves and grill over medium heat for 8 minutes. Brush the marinade over and over again.
