Place a piece of strawberry in each ice cube maker, cover with water and freeze.
Clean and chop the remaining strawberries and mix with the sugar in a bowl.
Pluck mint or, depending on your taste, rub the peel of a lime or peel off strips. Pour into a large bowl (glass vessel) together with the wine, sparkling wine and the bitter lemonade. Add the marinated strawberries and chill.
When serving, put a strawberry ice cube in each glass, fill up with the punch and enjoy! Bottom up!
