Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and garlic and sauté with the butter, lentils and spices. Do not let it burn. Add peeled tomatoes, coconut milk and vegetable stock and bring to the boil without the lid. Let everything simmer on a low flame for about 20 minutes.
  2. Puree the soup and season with salt.
