- Peel the potatoes, cut into slices and cook until cooked. Let cool down.
- In the meantime, mix the sour cream with the onions, the mustard (more if you like) and the drained cucumber salad.
- When the potato slices have cooled down, mix them into the sauce and let them steep for about 1 hour at room temperature.
- Note: If you don`t have a Danish cucumber salad, you can also use pickled cucumbers.
- Tastes good with cold meatballs and is a salad for barbecues.
