Cut the dumplings, paprika and zucchini into small cubes. Fry everything together in the oil for about 5 minutes. Pour in the vegetable stock, stir in the tomato paste and spices. Let it boil down briefly and stir in the sour cream before eating.
A tomato salad goes well with it.
