Instructions

  1. Mix minced meat with approx. 150g toast bread soaked in sherry (without rind), pitted olives, as well as finely chopped onions and garlic, season with salt, pepper and caraway seeds. Process to a compact mass. Shape it into a ball, turn in flour and then fry in a pan in vegetable oil (seasoned with a bay leaf). Prepare a salsa tomato al jerez with it.
