Instructions

  1. Pluck the cola cabbage leaves from the stem and place in a heat-resistant bowl or saucepan. Pour the honey and the boiling water over it. Let this broth cool for 1 hour.
  2. Pass the liquid through a sieve and collect it. Add ginger ale and approx. 300 - 400 ml mineral water.
