Chop the hard-boiled eggs and the deli cucumbers too. If you don`t like cucumbers, leave them out. Then mix and puree all the ingredients one after the other, let them steep and the tartar sauce is ready. The herbs can be added as required, but they can also be left out.
But if you want, you can also make finely chopped capers or fresh paprika.
It goes well with jellied bowls and fried potatoes, but also with sour fish with potato salad.
