Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and cut into small cubes together with the pickles. Chop capers. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Then refine as desired with salt, pepper, chives, parsley and pressed garlic and mix well.
  2. Goes perfectly with fish, but also with grilled meat.
  3. This variant is very tasty in my opinion. You can also take more of it, as it is lower in fat than the finished versions.
