Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (hot air 160 ° C). Line a tart pan with the puff pastry, prick several times with a fork. Then brush the dough with mustard. Cut the tomatoes into approx. 0.5 cm thick slices and cover the bottom of the pan with them. Cut the onion into thin rings, place on the tomatoes, then season with salt and pepper.
