Spread the sour cream or crème fraîche on the dough, leaving about 1 cm free all around, drizzle with 1 - 2 tablespoons of balsamic or blueberry balsamic.
Cut the brie or camembert into thin slices, the white of the spring onions into thin rings and the bacon into slices as well. Distribute everything one after the other on the dough, finally pour a handful of fresh or frozen blueberries over the top. Sprinkle with a little thyme, grind some pepper over it and carefully season with salt.
Bake in the preheated oven at 220 ° C for approx. 20 minutes until the desired brown color. Every oven bakes differently, so check it after 15 minutes.
