Instructions

  1. Knead a smooth dough from flour, water, oil and salt and cover and let the dough rest briefly.
  2. In the meantime, preheat the oven without a baking tray to 250 degrees on top / bottom heat.
  3. Core the peppers and cut into fine rings with the olives.
  4. Roll out the dough thinly on baking paper and pull it onto the baking sheet with the paper. Brush with sour cream and pepper. Drain the feta and crumble it finely with your hands over the dough so that it is evenly distributed. Sprinkle the pepperoni and olives on top as well.
  5. Place the tarte flambée on the middle rack in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes. Always check so that it doesn`t get too dark!
  6. Tip: If you have to go quickly, you can also use a packet of ready-made tarte flambée batter.
