Prepare a kneading dough from flour, salt, oil and water and roll it out very thinly.
Spread the sour cream on the dough, season with salt and pepper. Peel the pear, remove the core and cut the pear into wedges that are not too thick. Spread this as well as the goat`s cream cheese and the ham cubes on the dough.
Bake for 15-20 minutes on the bottom shelf.
You can also replace the goat cream cheese with Gorgonzola.
