Wash and chop the strawberries. In a slightly larger saucepan, mix the whipped cream and sugar with a mixer on medium setting for about 3 - 4 minutes. Warning: do not beat the whipped cream too long, otherwise you will get butter!
Put the whipped cream on the tartlets, decorate with strawberries and then sprinkle the chocolate sprinkles on top.
