Instructions

  1. Peel the ginger and cut into small pieces.
  2. Bring the water with the ginger to a boil in a saucepan. Cover and simmer gently for 5 minutes. Add the tea bags and let steep for another 5 minutes on the lowest setting (with the lid). Then add the soy milk and let it steep for another 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bags and pour the tea into glasses or cups through a sieve. Sweeten to taste.
