Teriyaki is a Japanese marinade sauce for slices of fish, meat, or seafood. The word teriyaki is also used to refer to a dish prepared with this sauce.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Combine the ingredients for the teriyaki sauce. Pour the prepared sauce over the fish and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
Place the fish in a roasting pan and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Pour boiling water over the noodles and let sit for a few minutes. Drain and toss with chopped green onions and cilantro. Serve the fish with noodles and lime wedges.
