- Wash the meat well and pat dry.
- Chop or grate the ginger and garlic. Add the maple syrup, soy sauce and oil and mix with the vermouth.
- Now put in the meat so that it is completely covered with the marinade and let it rest for at least 2 hours, but preferably overnight.
- Drain the meat and cook in the oven, in the pan or on the grill. If necessary, brush with the remaining marinade.
- Then, depending on your taste, season with salt and pepper and serve with rice, fried noodles or baked potatoes.
