Mix the flour with the baking powder, add the sugar, vanilla sugar, butter and the egg and work into a shortcrust pastry. Chill for 20 minutes, preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
Now roll out the dough thinly and cut out cookies (cookie cutter with a serrated edge in the size of 5 cm, 4 cm and 2.5 cm).
For a finished cookie you need three different sizes.
Now place these on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 10 minutes. The best thing to do is look, they should still be light and have a light color at the bottom.
Remove and let cool on a wire rack. Brush the individual cookies with currant jelly and put them together. A large one, a medium one and a small one and then dust with powdered sugar.
