Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion and fry crumbly with the mince in a pan with a little olive oil. Squeeze the garlic cloves and season well with salt and pepper. Add the parmalat and the pizza tomatoes and also some tomato paste and the mustard. Then cut the basil leaves into strips (wash beforehand of course) and season the sauce with the other herbs and set aside.
  2. Warm the milk with the cream cheese and melt the cheese in it. Then add the parmesan and season strongly (!!!!!!) with nutmeg and pepper.
  3. Layer the ingredients in a baking dish (square is good) - start with the leaves (uncooked) and then the minced meat sauce and always some of the cheese sauce (just a little !!!) and so on. Finish with a layer of cheese sauce or pour the rest of the cheese sauce over it (as much as possible) and then sprinkle with the Gouda.
  4. Bake in the oven (fan oven 190 °) for approx. 40-45 minutes. If the cheese turns too brown - then reduce the temperature a little - but do not shorten the time (then the lasagne plates will not be properly al dente )
  5. Probably too many calories but strangely enough it always tastes a little different and I have to make it at least once a month it is sooooo delicious.
