Fry the minced meat in oil in a pan until crumbly. Add the onion, garlic and bell pepper. Let everything stew for about 5 minutes. Then add the beans with juice. If you like, you can peel the tomatoes beforehand, add the bay leaves and the chilli spice to the pan. Stew everything with the lid closed for about 15 minutes. Drain the corn, fold in and heat briefly. Season the Texas pan with salt.
