Instructions

  1. First the tomatoes are diced and fried in the oil. Then the heat is reduced and the red chili paste is added. Finally, the coconut cream / milk, depending on how liquid the sauce is desired, the peanuts, sugar, lime juice and soy sauce are added and stirred until the desired consistency is achieved.
  2. Tastes very good with Thai salads, spring rolls, fried vegetables / tofu etc.
