Instructions

  1. Drain the tuna well and cut with a fork.
  2. Cut the shallots into small slices, cut the celery into 3-4 cm sticks, core the chillies and cut into strips.
  3. Mix the palm sugar with the fish sauce and the lime juice until the sugar has dissolved. Mix the tuna pieces with the shallots, celery, chillies and dressing.
  4. Garnish the salad with coriander greens and tomatoes and serve.
