Wash Morning Glory and break the leaves off the stems. Cut the stalk into pieces approx. 5 cm long. Chop the garlic, cut the chilli peppers into rings (chilli can be left out without any problems), rinse the yellow beans well.
Heat the oil in the wok. When the oil is hot, add the garlic and, after a few seconds, the stems. Stir in the pan for about 1 minute, then add all other ingredients, stir quickly, season to taste and remove from the fire. Place quickly on a platter, otherwise it will continue to cook.
Serve as an accompaniment to other Thai dishes and rice.
If you prefer, you can crush the garlic and chili peppers in a mortar and fry them first in the hot oil, then continue as described above.
