Place three deep plates side by side, in the first the cornmeal. In the second mix the coconut milk with salt, pepper, coriander, paprika and the cayenne pepper, one of the spices can dominate if you like. Mix the oat flakes and breadcrumbs in the third plate. Now as normal, like a Wiener Schnitzel, turn the meat first in the flour, then in the coconut milk mixture and finally in the oat flakes and breadcrumbs mixture.
Heat the oil in a pan and add the schnitzel! Those were the first 1 ½ schnitzel that the woman herself ate.
