Instructions

  1. Season the ribs with salt and pepper and brown in the oven at approx. 200 ° C for 15 minutes. Turn over halfway through so that both sides turn brown. After 15 minutes, take the ribs out of the oven, pour off the fat and place in the slow cooker. Mix all other ingredients well in a bowl and pour over the ribs so that everything is well covered.
