Wash the strawberries and cut into small pieces, pour a splash of lemon juice over them and, if necessary, sweeten a little.
Fill 1/4 into 4 glasses and puree the rest.
Mix the mascarpone, yoghurt, sweetener and a little lemon juice until creamy. Chop and fold in chocolate. Spread the mascarpone cream on the strawberries and top with the strawberry puree. Garnish as you wish.
