Instructions

  1. Mash the cream cheese with the feta cheese with a fork in a bowl and mix well. Add the pressed garlic, season with herb salt and pepper and cayenne to taste.
  2. (If the mixture is too firm, use milk to make it a little more liquid. But if you take creamy cream cheese that doesn`t crumble as much, that`s actually enough. It must never be too runny, otherwise the cream won`t stay on the flatbread lie.)
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  4. Spread the cream cheese and feta cream on the puff pastry with a large spoon. Cut the tomatoes into wafer-thin slices and place on the cream. Sprinkle thyme over everything. Spread the olives on the flatbread. Grate the Grana or Parmesan and sprinkle the whole thing over them.
  5. Heat the oven to 200 degrees top and bottom heat and bake the flatbread for about 20 to 25 minutes until the puff pastry has risen.
  6. Add a salad - and a very Mediterranean dinner is ready.
