Ingredients

For the variant (s): (honey mustard dressing)

• 150 g balsamic vinear, white
• 120 g honey
• 150 g extra virin olive oil
• 100 ml water
• 2 teaspoons sea salt
• 3 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• Pepper, black

For the variant (s): (Hamburger salad dressing)

• 50 ml milk, 1.5% fat
• 100 ml rapeseed oil
• 2 teaspoons mustard, coarser
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 200 g sour cream
• 5 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
• 3 teaspoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• 150 ml milk, 1.5% fat
• some sea salt and pepper
• 1 tablespoon dill, very finely chopped

For the variant (s): (Life Changing Dressing)

• 0.25 teaspoon ¼ sea salt
• Pepper, black
• 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup
• 1 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
• 0.5 ½ shallot (s), finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon dill, chopped
• 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
• 75 ml vegetable stock
• 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
• 2 tablespoon linseed oil, cold-pressed
• 3 tablespoon hemp oil, cold-pressed

Instructions

1. For the honey mustard dressing:
2. Mix all ingredients except for the oil with a whisk. At the end add the oil and whisk everything again vigorously with the whisk.
3. For the hamburger salad dressing:
4. Put milk, rapeseed oil and mustard in a container and mix with a hand blender to make mayonnaise. Add honey, sour cream, apple cider vinegar and lemon juice and stir everything together.
5. Add enough milk to get the consistency you want. Season to taste with sea salt, pepper and dill.
6. For the life changing dressing:
7. Mix all ingredients except for the oils with a small whisk. At the end add the oil and stir vigorously again.
