Instructions

  1. Wash the unpeeled potatoes thoroughly and cut them into slices. Then mix a sauce from oil, thyme, salt and pepper and place the potato slices in it (mix well). Dice the bacon and add to the potatoes. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven (200 degrees) for a good 15-20 minutes.
  2. We take the potatoes as an accompaniment to grilled meat.
